I am writing to bring to your attention the issue with my booking ID JPSN7A6JF. Zoomcar is asking me to pay unnecessary charges and even sent a threatening message, which I find unacceptable. The message does not provide a receipt or clear breakdown of the charges, and it is asking me to pay a fuel charge even though I returned the car with the required amount of fuel. The fuel receipts have been uploaded in the app.
Furthermore, the message mentions several requests and reminders, but I did not receive any such reminders through the app or by phone or any other means. This threatening message was received by me over five months after I booked the car, with no clear explanation of the outstanding amount.
Additionally, although Zoomcar claims that tolls should be paid by them, I paid them myself without raising any concerns. However, this outstanding amount is a serious concern and I believe that Zoomcar should take it very seriously. I want further clarification on this matter without any kind of threatening.
