Unnecessary Charges for the service which I di not use. Also Now I am getting messages regarding legal notice they will file.

So, Let me ask you something, do you guys seriously checked the detail about the booking. If you not then recheck and just tell me had I take the car?
I mean seriously, this is pathetic. You know what happened actually, i booked the car then before leaving I checked again that you have changed the car from Baleno to Ignis after that when I reached the location with my wife and 1 year old baby, I was not able to open it through app. Then contacted to customer care they talked with host and told me to try again after 10 min. I waited for 30 min talked to customer care 2-3 times but it (Ignis car) was not open. Then they again changed the car from Ignis to Swift Dzire. It was at same location but different parking lot. I went there first it was not given detail information about car location again to find the car I contacted to customer care then finally i found the car. I reached there and opened the car through app. But when open the gate of car and there was alarm sound as the key was not there in car. Again I contacted the customer care and they told me within 5 min someone will come to handover the car key. And that 5 min keep on going more n more all these took almost 1 hour 40 min but no one came and at the end I contacted to customer care and told them to cancel it. And in result they did not cancel the booking. Keep on charging. Also I am getting messages about legal action.
And one more thing have you checked with Swift Dzire owner and ask them whether I took the car or not, also did I take the key from him/her.
Check your location tracker.
Today I have got the message on whatsapp that by today 15 Dec before 5 PM If i will not do the payment they will come to my place and legal action they will take.
Please solve the issue. Even I am not getting reply of my mail or call from your side. I am not able to contact you guys.
Pathetic service. Also mental harassment it is.
