[Resolved] Zoomcar — unnecessary cleaning fee charged | |||||
When we started our trip the car was dirty and still we are being charged rupees 2000 cleaning fee. If the car was not clean from the starting then how can zoomcar charge us more. The car was dirty from the beginning. There was cake spread on the seat and even birthday bomb strips were also there. Such fee is unnecessarily charged. Zoomcar has also chaged an extension fee evem after paying an extension fee. Was this information helpful? | |||||
