Zoomcar — Unnecessary extra charges | |||
We had booked car on Nov 21 7:00 PM to Nov 22 8:00 PM, unfortunately we had to extend time of trip and couldn’t make payment for extension of time, after 2 hours of time the car was locked, we were not able to start . We had called customer care and requested them to unlock and we will make the payment once we drop, but it was not agreed on. Few mins later, zoomcar representative arrived the location and he tried to unlock, but he couldn’t do it . He then took car key and documents and left the place saying here ends our trip, and further we have book new one if we have to travel in zoomcar. After 15 mins we got call from customer care, we informed them that zoomcar person took car, so they greeted and cut the call. Logically our trip ends when we surrender car key . Now after 5 days we were receiving emails and msgs saying we have to pay 57081 for extending 140 hrs . That means zoomcar people dint take the car from that place for 5 days and oweing money on us to pay . How fare is this ??? And also adding damage charges of 5000 and refuelling fee of 296.
