Zoomcar — Unnecessary Refueling Fee (Booking Id - JPSNC1IT0)

I had booked a car on 8th April. When I picked up the car, it was 0% fuel level. I was not aware of the new processes. The car host asked me to upload any picture of the odometer as the fuel level is 0. So I uploaded a photo and did the same while returning the car, as I have returned the car in 0% fuel level.

The same has been filled in the start and end trip checklist as well.

Now zoomcar is asking me for a payment of Rs. 2115. Neither I am able to connect with their executive nor they are confirming the same from the car host.
