Zoomcar — Urgent refund required | |||
Made a transaction of 2486INR to ZOOMCAR on 3/10/20 to avail of car rental services, the transaction first was not acknowledged by the company and after putting up a mail they update the status of the booking on their app. Later it showed that the booking is automatically canceled from ZOOMCAR's end and the refund will be initiated between 24 Hours- 30 days. When I didn't receive the refund after the 30 day period duration, I decided to escalate the matter and wrote a couple of times on their Twitter handle and also on email.
