I have a booked a self driven car on 19/03/2022 from 2:30PM to 10:30PM ( for 8Hrs), as per company policy they have assigned me a car, MH12QM9857, after payment that according to then was parked on a location showing in their app but when I reached there at 2:10PM, I found that there is no car parked with such a number I waited at the location for 45mins and also tried calling zoom car customer service to track the exact location but no-one respond and had not picked my call. After around 45mins I came back and again tried calling but till time none is responding about the same. I finally tried to cancel my booking also that also didn't work.
I want my completer refund for the booking Rs 1512+ charges to reach a pick up location and come back approx 1000Rs+ charges I spent to finally go on the location for which I booked a self driven car Rs 2000 Total=4512rs
. Attaching below proofs of the booking, Call details and also car pickup location as per app. Kindly support to get my refund at the earliest.
