[Resolved] Zoomcar — vehicle not provided as per booking | |||
I had made a booking in february for tata hexa for a day (16th feb) in chennai (Booking id jps66ne3d). Even on 15th feb, i checked the zoomcar app, the booking showed live. However, when i reached the pickup point on 16th feb 06:30 am, the car was not available, even the app was showing the car has reached the pickup point. I called their customer support only to find that car has gone for service and they cant provide another 7 seater at my location, rather i have to travel to airport to get a replacement scorpio. I was stranded at the road with my family and i had to cancel my plan for the day. It was really frustrating and highly dissappointed with zoomcar. They didnt even showed the courtesy to call and inform the previous day about the unavailability. I dont think i'll book a zoom car again!! Shoddy service. Was this information helpful? | |||

We did have a check and see that one of our executives reached out to you and addressed the above issue. Unfortunately, we were unable to serve the booking with the booked vehicle owing to vehicle shortage. Hence, our team suggested an alternate vehicle and the same was allocated post receiving confirmation from your end, however, you were not happy with the suggested vehicle later and wanted the booking to be canceled. We are already working on our negative inventory to ensure such escalation is reduced and we serve well to our customers.
