Dear Sir/Madam,
Currently, you should have 2 cases opened: First for a refund of 443 Rs. towards my latest booking which couldn't be completed due to the rejection of my profile and second for 999 Rs. towards Supermiler Elite membership since there is no use of membership if you can't approve my Driving License. I have already raised this concern so many times with your customer care team but it looks like it's not working out. When I talked to them last time 3 days ago (on 31st December), they confirmed both the refunds have been initiated and you should get them soon but till now I didn't receive any mail/message/notification from Zoomcar side.
Could you please take this on priority and let me know what's happening. When will I receive my refund? Your early resolution is highly appreciated.

It's been 3 weeks around and as expected I didn't hear anything from ZOOMCAR customer care. Looks like, there is no use of raising complain here. They are least bother about their customers.
Could you please escalate this case on top most priority. I hope, they will contact to me after that atleast.
