I recieved a pathetic condition car at Kolkata. Zoomcar Booking : JPSN7DIA3
On 30 July I landed at 1935hrs and called up the Driver at 1945hrs. He
said airport charges will be borne by me if he comes to pick up. Then after calling on the zoomcar number provided, the same was resolved.
Driver arrived late at 2040hrs saying that there was some problem in car and he resolved that's why late. Still a yellow light was coming on dashboard. I told to get the car changed but he spoke with someone and said they told there is no problem in car. All that time I was stranded with wife and kid at airport.
Then he asked to go outside the airport for car check.
When I sat in the vehicle, there was bad smell, dirty dashboard and sticky steering wheel. I asked why such a dirty and faulty vehicle so driver said he doesn't know anything and speak to Zoomcar customer care or owner if i have to cancel.
I kept calling on the customer care but no one answered. I spoke to the owner of the car through driver so he said call Zoomcar as they won't do anything. He doesn't know driver is only knowing.
What is this nonsense?
There is no way I could have cancelled this booking.
Like this, ZOOMCAR is making a system of looting customers.
This vehicle is of poor quality and stinking. I have shared photos on your Twitter handle in inbox. I had a lizard inside as well freely sitting on window.
I want Zoomcar to
Refund my money and cancel this booking.
Also tell me how come a private vehicle is being run in Zoomcar?
