We have got wrong car delivered instead of Automatic, Manual transmission car has been delivered. Customer care has not been able to resolve issue and since 7am we are being given assurance that we’ll get back call but no one has reached and it’s already 10pm now.
Pathetic customer care and service from Zoomcar. I want full refund of my entire amount ASAP and a compensation for this irresponsible attitude from Zoomcar inefficient customer care and their concern team.
