I had been following for month time for correction in my invoice.
I had booked car on 23rd Apr 2022 with ID JPSN7ZR09 at 1:30 PM, I filled 5 lit of petrol & I drove 99 KM.
I returned the car on same day at 10:30 PM before scheduled end time (11:30 PM) at the location from where I picked it. The car was handed over to the owner himself .
But due to network/technical issues I was not able to close the ride at same time. I was trying to close the ride for two days as it was popping up, I was only able to close the ride on 25th April.
Now I am charged for 8520/- Rs more as late fees.
Twice I had also discussed this issue with your representative but no response received.
I also visited your office in Hinjewadi and personally discussed the issue with the representative available as Manager was out of office. Representative promised to resolve this issue but no result.
Fourth time again I had discussion with your representative who responded good and even call the owner of the car for confirmation, where he got confirmation from owner that car was returned before scheduled time without any concern. But still it is not resolved as the app is still showing outstanding of 8520/- Rs.
I also emailed this concern at [protected]@zoomcar.com, but without any response from last 10 days
With this incident I hesitate to book another ride.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue on priority.
