I have made a booking on 24th April 1:30AM to same day 12:00pm. There was no hiccup in either the receiving of car or dropping it off.
After 2 days, I have been charged Rs.10, 000/- as an inconvenience fee without even mentioning the cause.
I have tried numerous times to contact the zoomcar, but they wouldn't receive calls saying "you do not have an active booking".
I have also mailed them and there was no response to those emails also.
