[Resolved] Zoomcar — Zap did not initiate any refund and did not delivered CAR also | |||||
Hi, i ordered a elite i20 on august 2019 and yet the car is not delivered. I want my money back but the zoomcar or Zap sercives are not responding over mails and their helpline no[protected] is not valid. this no is shared by ZAp team over email and Rohith Nagraj sent a email on 12 January 2020 in which he says that they initiate the succesfull refund amount. But yet to be its not refunded. Please do the needfull as soon as possible. i complsint multiple time and its almost 1 year thst my 40000 rd are stuck and cheated by zoomcar. they are frauds.
