[Resolved]  Zoomcar — zap subscription swift at car not yet delivered and there is no response even complaint lodged in indian consumer complaints forum.

My name is santosh s. T. G and i have been made 3 complaints in indian consumer complaints forum, regards zap subscribed swift at car not yet delivered and the required zoom car company formalities to release the car has been fulfilled by me. I made payment for zap subscription for more than one month and 11 days. But, till now they are not yet responding to confirm the zap subscribed car delivery date and car number to me. The zap sales authorities have no time sense and they are not bound to the zap policies. Even though made a complaint in the forum regards zap subscription, the authorities kept aside the issue. I made complaint in the forum for about 2 weeks and there is no work progress regarding the problem. The problem which is not yet resolved. I thought that the zoom car company is a prominent company. But, the administration of the zap sales customer care and the higher authorities of the company are irresponsible to the customers. When ever i made query regards the car delivery to the zap sales and they are replying as they will make a call again to me with in 15 minutes. But, i never get a call back. The actions and response of the zap sales authorities which are not tolerable.
