with great disappointment, i want to say this that Zoom car service is unbearable. zoom app process is good, booking car, customer support all fine.

I Booked car with service for door delivery. but they told me to collect car from provided location. i was with my family standing in railway station. made them to sit in railway station and went to spot and picked up the car. i spent around 1000 Rs for picking up and drooping the car at samelocation. they told the ywill refund nothing happen. i just ignored it.

booked a car on week end, went to the spot for picking up the car, car was not available. called customer support. no alternative car.
trip cancelled and refund done for car booking after long conversation.
they promised me to pay back my hotel booking amount of 3K, nothing happened.

Booked a car on Again, Customer care called and cancelled Booking as car was not available. called customer support. no alternative car.
trip cancelled and refund initiated. hotel booking 1800 * 3 =5400 gone again.
1) while booking its mandatory to pay full amount before booking. but after cancellation we have to wait for 7 working days to get refund.
which leave us with no options but to wait for refund. with no alternative car.
ones we can agree that car broke down. every week end same issue then its not about car its about services we have to think.
we plan our trips well before book car, hotel, apply leave and at the end car is not available.
Please do some thing in this regard.
