I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Car Rental
The issue that I have experienced was: Zoom car are cheating people, they don't refund the money
I have booked the oct 2022 in advance for a booking on 10th dec 2022 to 14th dec 2022 with ID : JPSN7F5MP
But the Zoomcar host denied to give the car services,
I tried to reach out to Zoom Custome car many times through various contact numbers and through email,
but no one is responding
Instead the are asking to pay any addtional fee of 12001 / -
for late fee, not sure how the ZOOM car is frauding with me,
and if we call the customer care you cannot get thru to talk with any customer care executive, if only you hv a booking you can talk with the customer care Was this information helpful? |
