My registered mobile no is [protected]. Email id: [protected]@gmail.com. I have booked Hyundai Xcent car with ID:JPS694B2N FROM 18February 2022 9:30AM-8:00PM. While I started the trip there was less fuel of just 4% so that I have refueled the car with half tank fuel as zoom car has assured me that I will get refund if i refueled the car. Its been more than 8 days i didn't get my refueled refund amount of RS.2121 It's just showing trip completed and pending amount of RS.2121.
The customer care service of zoom car is not reachable, it says that u don't have live booking on this number so the call is not getting connected. I have even mailed zoom with the details(photos-fuel reading, odometer reading) even then there is no response from their side.
Please arrange for a callback from zoom car.
