I am writing this mail because I didn't get any resolution on above given subject. I was calling to zoomcar team since afternoon 12 P.M. 4th April 2022 for the same (made ten calls) Unfortunately, I was only able to hear all the waiting tone, and someone will call me "after 15 mins later from backend". After 8 hours someone called me and told me to send engine oil light on whats-app ([protected]) and I did the needful. But unfortunately, didn't get any response. Well, I explained zoom team that please try to understand this situation and give me resolution on this matter as soon as possible because I am traveling with my dad to Christian Medical Collage, Vellore as he is having serious health issues(cancer). Looking at his health condition I cannot tolerate fuel fumes in cabin and engine check light which can cause serious health issues and/or engine might get breakdown in between of my precious journey to hospital.
I kindly request you to refund my remaining amount by deducting one day tariff in ratio with total amount and consumed fuel amount. Was this information helpful? |
