Very unprofessional. They will not entertain if you wish to reduce the period of rental after booking but will accept if you wish to extend. They will not refund any amount if you return the car any day before the end date of rental. If you wish to change pickup and drop location of the car they will not allow, even if the new location is within 500 meters of the initial one. The driver would grumble and will cite policy. If you are not satisfied with phone inquiry agent you cannot escalate. They will tell you to write to an email box which is attended by the same group of agents. Drivers will not explain to you while handing over car as apparently there is no standard procedure provided to the driver excepting completing a basic checklist. The drivers are not trained in etiquette/manners. In my case the driver didn’t know how to fill and submit the checklist in company app. I was taken to the hub from drop location for seeking help from others drivers present. The cars will not be clean. There is no evidence of sanitizing the car. You might be tricked when you realize that the tyres are worn out and couple of them might be having minute punctures. Overall not value for money at all
