We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by Zoomcar during our last trip. We returned the car to the host at around 1:52 pm after filling the fuel, and have provided a screenshot of the bill as proof. However, due to a technical issue with the app, we were unable to end the trip on the app despite being at the same location from where we picked up the vehicle. To our surprise, we received a message about a late fee charge and were informed by customer care to provide the end meter odometer reading.
Despite providing this information, we are still receiving calls and messages from Zoomcar about late fees, fuel charges, and other charges being charged as interest. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to harassment on their part, especially since we have not made any error. We have also spoken to the host and have a call recording confirming that we handed over the vehicle to him at 2:00 pm on April 14th.
We want to assure you that we have all the necessary proof to support our claim that we returned the car at the time mentioned earlier. We are ready to provide you with the fuel bill and call recordings with the host, which confirm that we returned the car at the specified time. We hope that this evidence will help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
