1 24 oct 2018 2 cycle number - 3200438 3 user number-[protected] I started the trip with zoomcar cycle, the cycle got unlocked immidiately after scanning the qr code successfully, however it didnt get locked as it was damaged. We tried to search the cycle since 24 hours, but failed to find it. No body came fr help as i wanted to lock it. Comapny is unnecessarily charging me extra amount and i dont want to pay anything extra more than 9 rs the actual charge for 20 mins. So waiting in a hope of help and support from you.
