Zoomin India — amount got deducted but order has not been placed

I have order 6x6 photo book.. I have used freecharge as payment mode.. Money got deducted from my account., but the order has not been placed.. Please refund my money.. Please make it as soon as possible. Dont make you customers into facing this kind of issues. So please refund my money back into my freecharge account. Please improve your services also
