I had tried making an order for a photobook from zoomin app but the order was not successful and I got a pop message saying zoomin is facing technical issues although amount debited from my account same was the case with second attempt I made.I had submitted a request with zoomin since past 2 days but haven't heard from them.Total Amount debited is 296. I am trying to order my first 6*6 Softcover photobook of 20 pages but while ordering I am getting the full payment option.

Why do you claim if are unable to provide the free photobook.

I also tried to contact the customer care numbers mentioned on website, but none of them was reachable.
One of them was the number for some other website.

Myself krishnendu bibhash kar, i ordered a number of photo prints (Matt finish) from www.zoomin.com, they promised to deliver this item to my address - l&t construction, opposite bharat petroleum petrol pump, puratan dakghar, maheshtala, ward no. 17, kolkata-700141. After the confirmation & payment of rs. 587 they shipped the item but then it is showing that it is a non serviceable area although i received a lot of product on this address....

I have placed an order on 23rd of may however not received the product. I am being charged 650 odd rs for the same.. I checked from fedex they said that the product was returned to zoomin the very next day. I did not receive any communication from zoomin as well.. I drafted a complaint on therir website still no response from zoomin. I want my money back.

I had done so many emails to zoomin help desk but didn't get proper & satisfactory answer for my query. Zoomin is a big cheater company. They make fool. They give promotional ads and when you will order the things at the time of checkout they will increase the amount of order and will not give it as per promotional ads. Moreover, even after placing order at increased amount you will not receive your product at all. On 12th August 15, I placed an order of photomug.
After redeeming points my final price was Rs82.68.
I preferred paying through paytm because it showed 20% cash back.
Instead of getting 20% cash back, the money was deducted twice. It means extra rs82.68 was deducted.
Kindly do the needful....

On 27th May 2015 There is an offer on zoomin giving 100 cashback on paying through paytm valid on minimum transaction of 199. I designed a mug costing 349 which is the maximum price of mugs and applied all other coupons existing valid on my account. So my price became 198 including shipping. Intentionally Zoomin has priced this as 198 in order not to give cashback. If it would have been 199 I would have got Cashback. This is a cheating...
