On 12th August 15, I placed an order of photomug.
After redeeming points my final price was Rs82.68.
I preferred paying through paytm because it showed 20% cash back.
Instead of getting 20% cash back, the money was deducted twice. It means extra rs82.68 was deducted.
Kindly do the needful.

    On 27th May 2015 There is an offer on zoomin giving 100 cashback on paying through paytm valid on minimum transaction of 199. I designed a mug costing 349 which is the maximum price of mugs and applied all other coupons existing valid on my account. So my price became 198 including shipping. Intentionally Zoomin has priced this as 198 in order not to give cashback. If it would have been 199 I would have got Cashback. This is a cheating trick of Zoomin in order not to give the cashback of 100. They are cheating the consumers in 1 Rupee difference. This is clear case of Consumer cheating giving fradulent offers.

        I had ordered via mobile app, the payment got processed however while the photos were uploading the app crashed and the payment is also not reversed nether reflecting in my zoomin account. No customer care call centre number available hence cant call them. If i raise a complaint on email, they close the complain without resolving or responding. Please avoid using this as no response to your queries and no where to contact them
        Yes, I am facing same problem. No reply to complaints on mail.

          I ordered a photo poster on 30th of December and on tracking found that the product was delivered to someone else on January 2nd and on contacting the zoo min people, replied that the product was delivered correctly. Whenever I contacted them they'l reply with a single message irrespective of the context.How can such an organization deliver product to any person roaming on the road without any prior thinking.Anyways it was a great experience and i would recommend not to buy products for this fabulous site.               I have ordered (order no. ZIN1-WZZDHTYV) for a print of a photograph on 11.01.2013, the payment was made on the same date. The same was shipped for its destination in Surat via Fedex Courier (Tracking No.[protected] as per email dated 15.01.2013 from ZoomIn Online(India) Pvt. Ltd.

              Thereafter I made a call to the customer service desk of the company on 19.01.2013 but no satisfactory answers were given.

              Subsequently I also wrote to Fedex Courier on 21.01.2013, but I have received no reply till date.

                I had ordered one flipbbok from this website and i had paid online at that time only, the date of placing order was 19th november, it was mentioned on there website that the product will be delivered within 3 days, but when i didnt get my deliverry, then i called there customer care, it was informed to me that 7-10 days can take.I ageed to it But now its been 13 days and its over my patience my product is not delivered and i m calling continuosly on their centre but my phn is not being picked up even once. its always going on waiting and waiting that too its not a toll free no, so my balance is going but i cant get even a single response.
                I am really fed up by calling again and againbut no response, no customer care service, I need my answer when will my flipbook be reached to my destination.                   purchased a mobile from zoomin.com and sent payment on 29th october.
                  Its almost 5th day and they had not shipped the product.
                  Tried to call there customer care no at [protected] but no response.
                  Once in 5 they had received call and told that they are transfering it to customer care dept and while transfering they disconnect the call.

                      I ordered a Magic Photo Mug on 4th of May with a swirl wrap and a Love Card with custom message and i selected express delivery and as per their executive it supposed to be deliver on 6th of May, i was Ok, when i didn't received my order on 6th i called them and the executive told me that it'll take at least 5 days to be deliver and even then i was Ok, when after 5 days i didn't received the same i called them again and the executive told me that it'll deliver on 10th of may i was really angry but helpless.

                      Then today morning i received that mug and can u believe WITH OUT SWIRL WRAP, WITH OUT LOVE CARD for which i payed a heavy amount.

                      I recommend you not to purchase anything from them first they do WRONG COMMITMENT, THEY DON'T SEND YOUR EXACT ORDER. They charge you a heavy amount for COD.

                      we purchased a calender from zoomin.com which was to be shipped to the address on 12/12/10 or 13/12/10 for which express shipping charges 40/- were taken but the courier was made on 15/12/10 . i want a refund of my extra payments

                        On 24-Dec-2011 around 22.37 PM, when I tried to purchase some items from zoomin.com and paid through SBI NET BANKING (Avenues India) an amount of Rs. 153.59 and I got the following message after the payment:

                        Status Completed Successfully
                        Debit Branch SRIVILLIPUTTUR
                        Date - Time 24-Dec-2011 22:37 IST

                        The site of ZOOMIN reflected it as "Payment pending" (means they did'nt get the money). Whereas the money was deducted from my SBI A/c with the following reference:

                        CCA11LELX481IG83041943 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE

                        Please file my complaint and take necessary action immediately. And help me getting back the money ASAP.

                        Even i am facing the same problem . There is no point of contact in Zoomin . I have raised the request but i guess that is of no use. For me also the amount is deducted but the order is not placed. I have ordered through Zoomin App .

I am writing this letter in confidence believing that if it is the will of God for you to help me and my family, God almighty will bless and reward you abundantly. I need an honest and trust worthy person like you to entrust this huge transfer project unto.

                            My name is Mrs. Mary David, The Branch Manager of a Financial Institution. I am a Ghanaian married with 3 kids.                               We have purchased 1 flipbook 8.5 X 11 at Rs 99.00 from Your mUlund stores on 17/07/2011. At taHt time it was committed by your person in stores that whenever you require Flipbook, they will give it in 2 days. When we approached the Stores in Mulund on 07th August with 25 photos for gettting scanned and make the flipbook for our sons birthday to be presented on 11th August, the representative from your store misbehaved with us telling that they have so many orders and will not be able to give by 11th August and even did not agree for scanning. The person insulted us in front of many other customers and when we requested it is special because it is our gift to our son for his birthday on 11th August, they did not co-operate.                                 I had ordered for 3 Photograph Prints (ref Order No - ZIN1-BIZIOKVY). I was getting these Prints for putting up at an Exhibition of my Photographs. As per the exhibition rules, I needed to furnish details regarding the Ink & Equipment used to print these Photos. Accordingly I wrote to the Zoomin Helpdesk, requesting this information. But they straightaway rejected my plea. My question is..as a Customer (and a regular customer) why shouldn't I have the right to know such details about the services I'm availing ?

                                  I placed an order for 5 Name Calendars on zoomin.com on 29th Jan 2011 thro Order # ZIN1-2HNZQDMS -

                                  The web-site commits to ship the calendars in 24 hours. Then they said that there is an unexpected delay in shipping and shipped the calendars only on 3rd Feb which i received only on 5th Feb. I was surprised to see that there were only 3 calendars inside the package.

                                  I immediately placed a complaint on their web-site on 5th Feb 2011 through Request #110862. I got a reply from Ms.Heta on 7th Feb 2011 and she gave me a promo code for some other product which i can redeem on their site. I replied back that i do not need the promo code and need only my 2 remaining calendars (or) they can take back the 3 calendars and give me a 100% refund. She then agreed to ship my 2 remaining calendars on 8th Feb 2011 and send me the docket # of the courier.

                                  Today is 26th Feb 2011 - I have still not got the calendars. I have posted several follow-ups / fresh complaints on their site for which i got no replies till today. Utter disgrace on Zoomin.com

                                  They have not provided any helpline number on their site. I somehow found their number[protected] and called them. Noone answered in retail / customer service. I could get thro only to their Corporate extension. Some gentleman spoke up on 23rd Feb 2011. He took all my order details / complaint details - assured me he will follow this up personally and call me back in 1 hour time. But never called up.

                                  Do not place any orders on ZOOMIN.COM - They are thugs!

                                  I have ordered a Coffee Mug(Vertical photo) order number ZIN1-GZICK51H dated 31th May 2011. The order was not delivered to my office address as I was on leave on that day. Even I did not get any call for the delivery. After few days I have checked the status of my order and surprisingly I found that it was returned back to Mumbai. The Company ZOOMIN.COM have not taken any action on the same. I was charged for a product that was never delivered to me and even I am not aware of the process of getting back my money back

                                  They just reply me this :
                                  "Sir, can you want to cancel your order or re-ship the order when product is available for ship."

                                  Zoomin, i am afraid from your service last time same thing is happen, please refund my amount. don't want to buy any thing from you.

                                  My product is lost last time, please just simple refund my amount, i can by this product from some where else. better to buy 16 GB SD Card on same price.

                                  Please don't do this its hard for customers, i want to gift this card to my friends with S3 mobile and his birth date is 8 aug 2012.

                                  I want my product or amount as soon as possible.

                                  My order ZIN1-xxxxxxx is still processing. I thought to gift it. Why so much delay in the process. It is supposed to be shipped in between Sep. 17 2012 - Sep. 18 2012. Could please speed up the process. I will be out of town from 28/Sep/2012 - 02/Oct/2012. What should i do if it is shipped in

                                  HOOPLESS SERVICE. NEVER EVER GO FOR ZOOIM IN.
                                  Same i paid money but my product is still not shipped. No PROPER ANSWER. If you still want to shop from zoomin go for COD mode that is better they will rush to you to deliver you product.
                                  Today I have recieved the parcel Order # ZCS-687763 . one camera of Rs.9150/-
                                  Everything are there in the packet like camera box, charge, cable, parker pan but camera is not there.
                                  CAMERA is mssing in the parce.
                                  Please check and do the needful.
                                  I have tried to contact your customer care but they are disconnecting the call after 3-4 mintues.
                                  I placed an order(ZIN1-7CUZIMB3) a chai mug. Amount of Rs. 303 has been taken from my account. It is two weeks from now i didn't receive the product ????.
                                  It is shwn payment pending but amount has been taken from by account... what can i do.

                                  Two weeks have been passed but i didn't get the product. When I logged in it is in payment pending status. But payment has been done..

                                    I GOT A DISCOUNT COUPON FROM ZOOMIN.COM WITH A FLIPBOOK, I RECENTLY ORDERED, WHICH SAYS 50% OFF ON HARDCOVER PHOTOBOOKS ONLY
                                    AFTER THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF PREPARING THE PHOTOBOOK WHICH TOOK ME APPROXIMATELY 3 DAYS, WHEN I ENTERED THE PROMO CODE, A MESSAGE TELLS ME THAT THE OFFER IS NOT VALID ON PREMIUM NON-TEARABLE PAPERS.
                                    I AGREE THAT THIS WOULD BE ZOOMIN'S POLICY BUT THEY SHOULD TELL THE CONSUMER ABOUT THIS IN THE COUPON ITSELF.
                                    NOW THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO GO BACK

                                    There is an offer on zoomin giving 100 cashback on paying through paytm valid on minimum transaction of 199. I designed a mug costing 349 which is the maximum price and applied another coupon of 150 of on 300. so my price became 198 including shipping. This is a cheating trick of Zoomin in order not to give the cashback of 100. They are cheating the consumers in 1 Rupee difference. This is clear case of Consumer cheating giving fradulent offers.

BUT IT DELIVERED TO ME ON DATE 30/01/2010.I HAVE FACED MANY PROBLEM DURING THIS. SPEED POST SECTION OF PANIPAT POST OFFICE AND PANIPAT REFINERY POST OFFICE RESPONSE WAS VERY PAINFULL WHEN I WAS TAKING INFORMATION ABUOT SAME SPEED POST. THIS IS TOO LATE . PL.
