I have taken zoomcar and my booking details â JPS6VQIYE You have charged late fee and late charge ( two different amount – what is this ) I called your team at 9.56 am 1st of Monday and I told I will be late for 40 minutes but your team told you can pay late charge but never told me you can edit from your end your booking another 1 hr so you no need to pay late charge. ( changed two different amount but for same cause ) 2nd over speeding charge 750 rupees â¦.you sent SMS for suspending account but never told me over speeding charge. Yes that is there in your website but have you updated me this concern or signed up from me when I have taken car from you. Your website policy you can write up anything. Example : - you can find all policy in SBI website but when we are getting loan we are signing on policy paper and which we need to deliver. But Zoomcar having own policy against govt policy.
