I ordered a product from zoom in on 28th august. Order id for the same is zin1-vygbtf5z. When i tried to check the tracking details updated with it (Delhivery-surface - s[protected] i could see according to tracking details order has been delieverd to mumbai on 31st aug. Address i provided with the order is from gurgaon (Haryana). When i approached to courier company and the customer who received the consignment i found that he received the correct product which he ordered.

Which means that the tracking information updated to my product is wrong. Could you please let me know the status of my order. It is really urgent for me and i need the product by 9th sept. Could you please check and let me know the status of my order id.

I have not received the product yet could you please help me regarding the issue.

I have written this mail to zoomcar people and i haven't got the response regrading this as they have said if we register our brand new car to zoomcar under zap we can earn some income, since i am writing this mail to zoom car cust care mail support at [protected]@zoomcar.com
For more than 6 days and there been no even a single call r mail from this people and i am worried coz i am planning to purchase the car and register to zoomcar i want this process to happen soon and register my car soon and earn income... After this i wrote mail like as under -

I had tried making an order for a photobook from zoomin app but the order was not successful and I got a pop message saying zoomin is facing technical issues although amount debited from my account same was the case with second attempt I made.I had submitted a request with zoomin since past 2 days but haven't heard from them.Total Amount debited is 296. Please help me get it resolved since there are no customercare no. Only portal request is there which has already been created.

I am trying to order my first 6*6 Softcover photobook of 20 pages but while ordering I am getting the full payment option.

Why do you claim if are unable to provide the free photobook.

I also tried to contact the customer care numbers mentioned on website, but none of them was reachable.
One of them was the number for some other website.

Myself krishnendu bibhash kar, i ordered a number of photo prints (Matt finish) from www.zoomin.com, they promised to deliver this item to my address - l&t construction, opposite bharat petroleum petrol pump, puratan dakghar, maheshtala, ward no. 17, kolkata-700141. After the confirmation & payment of rs. 587 they shipped the item but then it is showing that it is a non serviceable area although i received a lot of product on this address....

I have placed an order on 23rd of may however not received the product. I am being charged 650 odd rs for the same.. I checked from fedex they said that the product was returned to zoomin the very next day. I did not receive any communication from zoomin as well.. I drafted a complaint on therir website still no response from zoomin. I want my money back.

I had ordered an album from zoomin india website on 29th aplril 2016.
I have paid 1260 rs using paytm.
The transaction was successful, but the order was not placed.
My order id : 1716730.
Please look into it asap. Its been pending since long.
I have tried contacting icici for the same and they have informed me that paytm is responsible to refund the cash when the order is unsuccessful.
Request to look into it and come up with a solution.

Zoomin has debited my money twice and they are not refunding the money even after submitting many complaints and contacting them. really pissed off because of the fraudulent company. Please don't purchase anything from them. Ask them to refund my money. Its been more than a month. There is no proper response from them. Once they called me to refund but they are asking for my bank details including the debit card number and cvv number. I'm not supposed to share those with anyone. Please help me on this

I placed an order with Zoomin on April 1st. First time the transaction was failed and later on i did through debit card but the amount was debited twice. I tried reaching zoomin customer care but no luck. Even i have submitted a complaint form with them 1 week before but i haven't heard back till now and they are asking feedback for the service provided. I don't know whats happening and why those people are taking a long time to respond. Please help me to get my money back. Refund amount : Rs.887

Hi. Recently i downloaded an app on my android phone. It's zoomin. I placed an order for framed print. I didn't get cod option.. I paid online 518 from my debit card. The order status is showing delivered. But i have not received my order. I didn't get any call for delivering the product.. This has no customer care no.. Are they cheating.. I had done so many emails to zoomin help desk but didn't get proper & satisfactory answer for my query. I had talked to customer service executive but she also didn't have no knowledge about my query. Had order 3 things from zoomin from which 2 were delivered but shipment details of my 3rd order is not given. I want it delivered to my house by Friday evening I.e on 29th April 2016. I ordered all three things on 24th April 2016. Two items are already delivered but last and most important item is yet to be delivered.. Please help me in getting my order delivered by Friday evening... it's urgent please.

Zoomin is a big cheater company. They make fool. They give promotional ads and when you will order the things at the time of checkout they will increase the amount of order and will not give it as per promotional ads. Moreover, even after placing order at increased amount you will not receive your product at all. Since 6 days parcel was in my town and in spite of my several emails and calls to Zoomin and FedEx they did not took any action or delivered the product to me. At last I told them to refund my amount and they got ready to refund the money.

Product is in Ahmedabad only in my area but neither Zoomin nor FedEx bothered to call me or contact me to arrange the delivery and FedEx stating wrong tracking status as incorrect address. I live in midst of town and receive many couriers from online shopping webs and these people update wrong details.

I request others not to use Zoomin or FedEx. Its better to go for other better services.

Please take necessary action against Zoomin and FedEx.

You have charged late fee and late charge ( two different amount – what is this )


I called your team at 9.56 am 1st of Monday and I told I will be late for 40 minutes but your team told you can pay late charge but never told me you can edit from your end your booking another 1 hr so you no need to pay late charge. ( changed two different amount but for same cause )

2nd over speeding charge 750 rupees â¦.you sent SMS for suspending account but never told me over speeding charge. Yes that is there in your website but have you updated me this concern or signed up from me when I have taken car from you. Your website policy you can write up anything.
Example : - you can find all policy in SBI website but when we are getting loan we are signing on policy paper and which we need to deliver. But Zoomcar having own policy against govt policy.

Please help me to file a case on consumer court. Thanks
