Zoomin India — Not getting proper solution | |||
Hi, I have ordered a 6*6 calendar and did ONLINE payment also on 14 Dec, I was connected to 3-G network but I was facing issues in uploading of photos. I raised this concern with Zoom in support team on 16 Dec and cancelled my order on 17 Dec. But it is still showing pending and still uploading the photos. Please help me in cancellation of this order and getting my refund. Customer care has blocked me as they couldn't answer my query. My money was debited from my account but order id was not generated. They are just not ready to help. How to escalate this matter?
