Zoomin India — Partial product delivered

I had ordered 4 copies of desktop calendar from zoomin and received only 1 copy of the desktop calendar delivered. The receipt on the package showed 4 Qty and the order has been marked as delivered. Order ID - ZO[protected].

I had raised 2 tickets and it's been 3 days and no one has responded to the tickets. I had also emailed them on their customer service email address.

I had messaged them on Instagram and they had only responded once to say someone would reach out within 24-48 hours. It's been more than 3 days and I've no updates. Zoomin does not have any phone number to call or reach out to.
