This is seriously garbage!!! Zoomcar took my booking and my profile was not confirmed as they mention it will be verified in 15 20 min. Now they took the book and my money and the car is not unlocking and I am unable to cancel the booking. You are a ligit scam and I won't book any car from you zoomcar

    I have updated my address when it showed delivery failed in app. Then i chose expected delivery for next day. Next day when i tried to track the order again I am having the same problem like delivery failed enter your estimated delivery date and address update . I have clearly mentioned to the delivery agent regarding address but still I don't understand what is wrong. Could you please track my order and get it delivered asap. Expecting positive coordination from your side. I want to get it delivered as quick as possible because I ordered it for a ocassion coming soon .

        It was very disappointment happened on 22 feb 2022, we are booked maruti suzuki baleno on 22feb 2022 10AM to 22feb 2022 6PM but we didn't get any response from the company, we don't get the vehicle and the refund money, so i just want the refund money as soon as possible..

          Your twitter handle shared the pictures of the traffic violation after a lot of tweets. In the picture it shows the violation happened at 1.25 pm but my trip was suppose to start at 1.30 pm which i picked the car at 1.40 pm because you guys provided wrong location of the car. Im sending emails and tweeting on twitter but you guys blocked me on twitter and never got any response from your email team. Booking id JPS69V49R

            Hello,

            I have completed the zoom car trip and as I am seeing in my booking that I have to pay the outstanding balance of Rs. 1120. Why its showing the outstanding amount?? When I have booked the package it was for Unlimited Kms without fuel. So why the excess KM has been charged to me??? The zoom car executive has also acknowledged that the plan is for Unlimited KMs and he has shown the same in his app that the plan is Unlimited Kms. Please find the Unlimited Km screenshot attached for your reference.
            You need to revisit it and clear this outstanding amount. This should not been shown there as I have selected the Unlimited KM plan at the time of booking and now its showing the excess KM outstanding amount.
            Please clear this and update it as soon as possible This is not acceptable at all while booking you are showing Unlimited KM and after trip ends you are charging excess KM fee??? Please clear this issue as soon as possible. You can contact the delivery executive who has also confirmed that the booking was for Unlimited KM.

              I have placed an order in zoomin on 26th of February.. I paid extra amount for the express delivery which costed me more and was promised to deliver it with in 3-6 days. Today is already 4th day since I ordered the product and still it hasn’t even been shipped. If they can’t deliver the product with in the given time why do they even have to charge extra money for express delivery!? Feels like I’ve been played and they are looting money from the customers.                 I have raised ticket#634472 to recharge the fastag card 2 months back.

                Till it has resolved and tried to reach to customer care on zoom car host, there was a poor response from their end, they put my call on hold without any prior information.

                  Package in transit with courier from last 8 days. 2 packages that we ordered on 31st January is still in transit with the courier from 8 last days. You call the photos or albums as memorable moments, truly said... Package roaming in transit in bangalore from last 8 days is truly memorable... Hats off to you guys... What courier service you have engaged with. I call up customer care of courier service Econ they agree that its their fault and asking me to wait for 120 hours that's 5 days...what is the use if ordering 14 days earlier. I request you to kindly sort this issue asap since the content in the packages are personal... Please find attached the complete details of the packages including courier details.

                    What kind of service is this!! Sheer negligence!
                    Unlike all other apps!

                        I opted for an express delivery and the product is still not delivered!!! Everyday it is assigned to some delivery person from ECom express and some fake comments get updated by end of day stating they couldn’t connect over call! Until now, I haven’t received a single call from Zoomin/courier service for this delivery. Pathetic experience and this will go to all the major social media handles!! Not much help with their helpdesk through emails.

                          I ordered goods 2 weeks back and it got dispatched on 27th january but still i havent received the goods yet.
                          First of all tracking details wasnt updating from few days but now suddenly it got updated with a status of shipment lost..
                          What should i do for this..Should i hv to complain in google as well as on your website?

                            I have not received the package I ordered. I have paid for it. There is some issue with the delivery. I'm not able to contact Zoomin . I have sent them mail yet nobody contacted me. I keep on sending mail and all I get is some automated replies. No customer car number/ Toll free number. No attempt has been made by them to resolve my issue. Pathetic customer service.

                                I had paid for my order on 2 January. The payment was completed but my product was not ordered.
                                Whenever I contact the helpsdesk they tell me to wait for 5 days, it has been already 30 days since my payment is completed
                                I contacted bank and they told me that payment is is credited to the firm account
                                I want my money back

                                  Received Zoomin reply with "The order is created from your end and sent in a PDF file and it goes straight for the print. We do not edit/modify the order."

                                  Why do you think I will complain about something which I have created. I used Zoomin app and loaded the files from my Instagram page, maybe your app has a flaw but, believe me when I created the content it was perfect. During the preview of the content, I made sure all images were in place, then how can this happen? Please investigate this area and let me know what can be done. Please help me out.

                                  I was about to order a photo magnet, Spotify plaque card, and a full portrait wall calendar. But if this is the case, I will never order anything and will make sure my family and friends also don't use your app.

                                  I have attached the screenshots of my creation to show you how they looked during the creation process. And by the way, there is no option to resize the images or to place them on the left side of the frame. Then how is it possible for me to create such content?                                     We booked zoomcar and later next day while driving we found that there was an issue with car so we called customer care and complained about the same.
                                    We paid 6324₹ while booking and we got only 2797₹ . We hardly used car and they are not refunding our money . More than half of the amount is being taken by them . Even after checking with their customer team we dint get proper refund. Please do the needful.

                                      I recently ordered a portrait calendar using the zoomin app. But the delivered package is not the same as the one I created in the app. I had placed all the pictures in the middle of the frame, but most of the pictures are printed to the left of the frame. I am really disappointed as some images are even resized to a smaller size but I had sized them right to the frame.

                                      We invest in small firms to help and support you guys grow. Delivering the package, not to the satisfaction of the customer will only make you lose your business.

                                      So please help me with this and let me know what can be done. I would like to have a refund otherwise please deliver the properly printed calendar to me.

                                      Zoomin App doesn't work for filing a request, I am neither able to see submitted request nor able to track it. I have received a confirmation mail, but no response since then.

                                      Please satisfy your customers, we bring business to you. Hopefully, you respect your customers and will help to resolve this issue sooner.

                                        Customer care has not helped, i contacted them multiple times from 14th jan. Booking id: JPS69AVTI.

                                        I made this booking for 14th jan, 2022. I went to airport and came back, total distance travelled was 94 km. For 94 km i put petrol of rs 800, first 300 then 500. But the fuel meter was not going up. I called them multiple times. On 14th jan, i called them multiple times and informed the same. They told that the issue will get resolved. But the issue is not resolved, they are asking for rs 910 extra, which is showing in the app. I am getting no help from zoomcar. I sent email to [protected]@zoomcar.in also 4 times, but didn't get help.
