      This complaint is regarding, I have ordered Mini Prints 3 x 3 in Zoomin App on Aug 21, 2022. I have paid amount of Rs. 133.62 on 13 sep, 2022. Payment is debited in my account transferred to zoomin app.

      But the order status is still showing payment pending. I reach zoomin helpline through app there is no response & no contact numbers.

      So I need my amount return back, I don't need ur products..

      Very worst customer care and fake!

        Hi, I have uploaded all the required documents (DL, Aadhar, Selfie) twice in zoomcar app. Still my profile verification is pending. All the documents also seem to vanish and I have to upload them everytime. Please do the needful ASAP. I am planning to make a booking.

          I had a booking rental car it have issues in fasttag. this issue preinformed with claim. but at the time of claim 260rs refund for 3080 rs spent.

          When i contact zoom support again, I am unable to get solution.

              We faced hell booking a car with zoom. Things that went wrong were
              1. Booked car was not delivered
              2. Terrible support just before booking
              3. No accountability for their mistakes
              4. Car was in horrible condition
              5. No support during breakdown
              6. Blatant disregard for customer's money, time and safety

              we have booked an automatic transmission celerio car for 12 days for 24000 INR. The day of travel they sent a message saying the car is not available and gave a manual transmission Redi Go. We called to check about this. An agent by name Renuka has answered the call and when we were enquiring, she disconnected the call. This happened twice. I kept on trying and finally some other person picked. I checked with the situation and confirmed that the booking is still valid and have airport pick and airport drop. The replaced car is not AT so this redi go should not cost as much as an AT but still they kept avoiding the question. They asked for documentation to verify. The app only allows images and my docs were in pdf format. Since I was on my way to airport, I requested her to take screenshots of my docs and upload them for me. She agreed to do that and offered an email to send the docs [protected]@zoomcar.com. After I send the documents, I received a mail saying it should be done by me. They blatantly disregarded their offered help. Dispite time pressure I did all they asked for and left Hyderabad to Bangalore. After I reached Bangalore I looked all around and there was no car. When I called the number given in instructions, he said that he was informed the booking was canceled. I was on call with them for over an hour on and off then they connected to the owner, who was not even informed about our airport pickup. The only option they were ready for was to cancel the booking. But my trip needed a car. Hence I offered to pick the car at Whitefield but said I will return it in the airport. They insisted that I should drop it where I picked despite my booking clearly was airport pick and drop. I was persistent on dropping at airport and after 20 minutes discussion she agreed but refused send me a confirmation on the same. She was constantly saying she has written it in the system but she cannot send a confirmation to me. I was already in this bloody discussion for 1.5 hours sitting outside airport, so I finally took her word for it. On my cost I went to Whitefield from airport and picked the car. The car was in disastrous condition. Rusted outside and very filthy inside. Pictures were sent in app. The car wobbles the moment we reach 40kmph speed. Still we carefully took it to hotel and got it cleaned at our expense. We hardly drove 50kms in 5 days as our work place and hotel were 4 kms away. On friday when we started towards Whitefield to visit a friend's house, the car front driver side tire has burst. Fortunately we survived without much damage. When checked for Stepney, that was completely worn out and punctured. We called service centre and chose accident and breakdown option 2. The waiting time was 27 minutes. After the call was picked all he did was to suggest we get the punture fixed and send them the bill. The mechanic we found with difficulty said this tire is not safe to drive with. We mentioned the same to the agent on call and his response was that a ticket is raised and someone will call after 30 minutes. He suggested we wait untill someone calls which will take over 30 mins. We clearly said that was not an option as we had other place to be. We requested for a car replacement as the current car was not safe to drive in. Or atleast someone should get this car properly fixed and give it to us. He kept repeating that a ticket is raised and someone will call. Exhausted, we agreed for waiting 30 minutes. Our friend offered his car and also took car of the zoom car while we had to leave immediately. NO ONE HAS CALLED AT ALL. There was a missed call at 00:18. When we called again in the morning at around 7:30. They said we haven't picked the call. Despite the idiotic response, we asked if there is any progress, all she said was she is raising another ticket and again said SOMEONE WILL CALL IN 30 MINUTES. But no one called till 16:30. We tried to connect again and had to wait for 37 minutes to get connected. Now they have just disconnected after we explained the problem all over for 4th time. It seems more like a punishment to have the car than convenience. I would like to officially raise a complaint on zoom car for blatant disregard for customers time and safety.

                  I haver ordered 1 x 4" Basic Framed Print with order id: ZO-9AE929E600 on 22/06/2022 at 09.06 am, Order Amount is Rs 179 . The expected date of delivery is 03/07/22 to 07/07/22.Till today it is not delivered to me. In Application it is showing that it is already delivered and I am writing to them from past 20 days but they are not giving any information. I have not received the order and they said it is delivered neither courier person called me nor they have sent any SMS or email stating that my order is delivered, how would I know that it is delivered. ...Not acceptable at all not satisfied with zoomin customer service. Kindly do needful action on zoomin as soon as possible...

                      I haver ordered 1 x 5.5" square prints (set of 24) designer with order id: ZO-BCA7255142 on 13/06/2022 at 01:18 pm. The expected date of delivery is 16/06/22 to 20/06/22.But if i track the order status in zoomin app it has reached to hyderabad hub on 18/06/2022 and the remark mentioned as "on hold.Destination unable to receive".Not at all satisfied with zoomin customer service. Kindly do needful action on zoomin as soon as possible.

                        I had order a photobook from zoomin on the 8th of June and till today it is not delivered to me. Helpdesk people say that it is already delivered and I am writing to them after 5 days of delivery so they don't have any information. I have not received the order and they said it is delivered neither courier person called me nor they have sent any SMS or email stating that my order is delivered, how would I know that it is delivered. Please help me for my concern. I am attaching the reply they sent to me which was so pathetic.

                            I ordered a photo frame for a particular ocassion as a gigt for someone on 17.05.2022 and it was to be delivered on 23.05.2022 so i paid in advance Rs.1818 and ordered it but it was not delivered on 23.05.2022. I mailed the company and they told to have patience we are checking and will inform you soon. But after few days I checked the status and it was showing in transit on 26.05.2022 after that there is no update in status and today is 9.06.2022. Again I mailed zoomin helpdesk and got the same reply as earlier. I attached the photos of my order.

                              I had availed a car rental service from Zoor car starting date being 19th May @ 7.30 AM till 21st May @ 8.15 PM. The total amount 2I paid for this service was INR 6382/-

                              Since the end of service, I have been requesting Zoom Car to help me with a proper Invoice Bill so that I can claim it for my travel.

                              I have been approaching zoom car's customer care in various ways including email, phone, and social media.

                              Zoom car did not provide me the invoice yet!

                                I booked a Zoom car on 8th Feb. I paid 3474/-. When I went to pickup the car which I booked was not available, infact no car was available. My whole trip was dependent on this booking. Then I had to cancel this booking. I canceled and I received the cashfree link to collect the amount. I was suppose to click and redeem the amount. I was never informed that this is the way you get you refund. I missed that email and the email link is not working now. I have been following-up for almost 3 months now. I tried to email, no response received. I tried twitter they asked me to send my bank statement which I sent but they say that you have already redeemed which I did not. I also confirmed with my bank, this amount never came to my account. There is no way I can call, because the call never goes by saying you don't have any active booking. I am totally stuck and don't know what to do. This all experience is very frustrating. I am putting lot of efforts in just getting my money back. All my efforts are getting wasted. No one is helping, no one is ready to listen and resolve.

                                  I am unable to talk to anyone from Zoomcar about my refund. Their customer care has automated menu options but I cannot talk to any support as I don't have any bookings.

                                  I have written numerous emails but without any response is literally been harassed by Zoomcar executives with no hope of assistance.

                                    This is regarding booking ID JPSN7CX20. I have booked the 7-seater Ertiga car for 3rd April 2022 and I have paid the full amount of booking fees. This car was located 3-4 km range from my home.

                                    After some days I got the message and call from customer care that, the booked car is not available so we will provide you the Scorpio which is also 3-4 km from my home which is fine.

                                    But on 2nd April (one day before the journey) evening time, I got multiple messages regarding the car not being available. Finally, after complaining to customer care, I got a call from one of the executives for the car. He told me that there is only 1 seven-seater car available in the town. Which is almost 22-25 km from my home. I had argued with him but as our family is ready for the trip I can not cancel the trip as they informed me last moment. So I agree to pick up the car but the executive promised me that I will get a 500 Rs refund. as the location is far away from my home.

                                    When I get the exact location of the car then I was surprised that, the location is not as mentioned. It was far away from the mentioned location. as we got the message 3 hours before the booking so we don't have a choice.

                                    After completing the booking I contacted the guy who called me and promised me a refund. He told me I have to wait for 1-2 days. I have waited many days but have not gotten a refund. I have contacted them on Twitter by sending personal messages as well as tweets. But they refused to give me a refund and told me that, they can not give me a refund.

                                        Hi, i have installed zoomcar few days ago and when i was about to book a car through it. it needs to verify your identity and driving lisence So, i uploaded my driving lisence but when it has not been verified till 7 days ago after i uploaded. so i spoke to the customer care and they told me that they have some restricted areas of which they cannot accept driving lisence as my lisence has RTO DL9, they told me that due to security reasons we do not accept DL9 lisences.
                                        So, tell me zoomcar how do you know i will be a threat to your privacy/security in near future, because beyond this i have a friend who is also carrying a DL9 lisence and he is verified from your side.
                                        how does he is eligible and i am not, just tell me.
                                        this troubles me a lot because if any company has rules and regulations it is good, but if the rules are different for person to person then this is not right.
                                        this shaked my mind that's why i am writing you to this very first complaint of mine to you .
