[Resolved] Zoomin India — payment deducted but order not placed and showing the transaction cancelled. | |||
I have placed my order on 14/11/2018 by zoomin website and payment has been done of rs 1144.18 through phonepe app, payment has been deducted from my wallet but the order was not placed and showing "the transaction failed". This is very unprofessional behaviour. You are cheating your customers. Look after this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money or deliver my products as soon as possible. This is the first time I have placed an order in Zoomin and had a bad experience. Order number ZO-92A0774EC9 where the amount is deducted from my bank but the order status is still showing pending in the app.
Could you look into this issue and resolve.
