[Resolved] Zoomin India — payment successful but website showing to pay again and my order was not placed. | |||||
I have placed my order on 2/10/ 2018 by zoomin website and payment has been done of rs 457.80 through PhonePe App, payment has been deducted from my wallet but the order was not placed and showing to pay again as payment is in pending. This is very unprofessional behaviour. You are cheating your customers. Look after this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money or deliver my products as soon as possible. Sir I contact to delivery boy 20-30 times but he not responding properly what is my fault why they are not responding . My order should be delivered or my money should be return to me.i have contact them but all not reply. They all reply that they are on leave so we don't know what should be done
