Not got the same expecting and shared all the images also and worst.. Waste and all pickup n drop both was bad.. Late of 2 hours and card condition was like a ### and spoiled my time n money.. I walked 5 km in night 11.50 pm..morning also you should arrange the near by drop pickup but it was not done or no help received.\n\nI need some action on it and why ity happened..\n\nI was booked this service for my patents pick up from airport and unexpected from zoom car... i will go on SOCIAL MEDIA...'AnyHow..what is my benefit ..why i got charged ..i booked FOR 10:30- TO 0430AM BUT FINALLY I GOT THE 2ND CAR BY 11:55 pm ..THAN IT WAS UNLOCKED AND I WORKED TO FIND IT IS GETTING PARKED AT A 10-11 FT STREET, ...ITS NOT FAIT ..IMPROVE ...I WAS VEING HARRASED TOTALLY Zoom car must really feel shameful for this... Answer must be given asap because i'm that much irritated to file a case against you. Forward this copy to your higher authorities to know whats happening here and i am expecting a reply asap...
