Zopnow.in — Non receipt of money received

I had got registered myself on zopnow.in on 18th jan 2021 and ordered fruits and vegetables worth Rs 667/- through UPI. however no intimation was received from the seller. i subsequently raised a complaint on their portal attaching the message received from the bank. But no feedback was received from the seller. However much to my surprise and disgust I got the message that ''User could not be found with this email address, , when I tried to log into my account. This was shocking.
