Zopnow.in — Order not received money not refunded

On 5th May 2021 I have placed order on https://zopnow.in/ amount Rs.2368.80 through Phone Pe UPI, got deducted but order not delivered yet and did not get any order confirmation mail.. So, I got a doubt & called them but the number they provided is a fake number. I sent a mail to them but they didn't responded back. please help me in getting my money back.

I think they are fraud.. cheating money from the people.
