On 5th May 2021 I have placed order on https://zopnow.in/ amount Rs.2368.80 through Phone Pe UPI, got deducted but order not delivered yet and did not get any order confirmation mail.. So, I got a doubt & called them but the number they provided is a fake number. I sent a mail to them but they didn't responded back. please help me in getting my money back.

I think they are fraud.. cheating money from the people.

Yesterday i order some product from zopnow.in and i also pay the bill wich is rupees -617 and it tell that the massage will given in 30 minute. But till now i am not acsept any massage and no detail of my order .
So i need pls return my money or deliver my product....

This is completely a fraud website ordered on zopnow.in
no order no no mail no sms their Customer service is not available they are showing extremely low price to lure customers when paid no order no and no show of products.

Modus operandi . Low cost product shown on the website customer lured. without giving pincode they are showing on their website

Payment complete after not confirmed the order and in account it's showing pending after some time I'm not able to login...

Hi, Today i.e. 22nd APR 2021 I have placed an order for 1831/- amount deducted through UPI but no order confirmation Yet.

I realized that they are cheaters and frauds. I have placed cyber cell complaint and Bank Recovery complaints.

I realized that they are serveral other complaints lodged in cybercell already....

Once when I made the order It showed zero items and payment pending even though I made a payment through Paytm upi.

When contact the customer care no. It connect to conference call.

It looks like bogus company.

I have paid 1079/- rupees.

It's gone. When I make a complaint in complaint form it is another fooling...

I have ordered in the website of zopnow.in items are vegetables, eggs, etc. I have ordered all these items payment was completed rupees of 1080.15/- payment done by paytm. I have not received the ordered details and im unable to track the items, please as soon as possible get these items deliver by tomorrow or otherwise please refund the amount.
