The centre of Kolkata proved as fake center. They don't supply the product even after receiving payment nor they respond. The management must ensure about the credibility of the organisation. Check the list of complaints & provide your feedback to the customer....

I registered new account and ordered for Grocery for Fruits and vegetable for 600 rupees.
when i trying to check my order status everything disappeared. i already money and no item showing in my order...

i have ordered at zopnow and payment done for 2 time but still the order is payment pending status please clear the issue...

have paid through upi but money has been deducted and i have not received any order confirmation. Kindly refund my money plz...

I have ordered from zopnow and payment payed by phone pe 1531 but i didn't received any order details and it is showing you have not ordered in order details...

I have done the payment through UPI payment however amount is debited and the order not confirmed.

I have attached the payment receipt with this e-mail please resolve this and refund my money...

I recently tried to place an order on zopnow and paid through gpay 647 has been deducted from my account twice and yet no confirmation regarding the order...

I had ordered grocery from zopnow website.
I also made an UPI payment of ₹602/- towards the products ordered.
But the status of my order shows cancelled.

Also my amount is not reversed into my account. This is highly unprofessional and is cheating.

Please take cognizance of the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

I have ordered worth RS. 1402.20. Amounted debited but did not get order confirmation. Also did not get amount refunded.

Paid through yes bank - Google pay. Also attached transaction screenshot.

Please refund amount as early as possible.

My money have been dedicated but not received any conformation and delivery off any grocery...

Please see to it, that payment is done, money has been deducted via a UPI id, but there was no confirmation msg about any payment or order...

Sir/Madam,

I ordered some items from your website and made payment by using the QR shown on the screen. It was showing "Your order has been marked for manual payment verification. If money deducted already from your side we will send you an order confirmation within 30 mins of time or else it will automatically marked as cancelled"
Money has been deducted from my account but till now I did not get any message of order...
