            The centre of Kolkata proved as fake center. They don't supply the product even after receiving payment nor they respond. The management must ensure about the credibility of the organisation. Check the list of complaints & provide your feedback to the customer.

We would like to inform you that we are not associated with ZopNow.in - our domain is .com and not .in. Kindly get in touch with the ZopNow.in or your payment gateway for your inquiry and not send it to [email protected] or [email protected]. We have already filed a complaint with cybercell [Acknowledgement no - 21610200046805] for the same. ZopNow.in is illegally using our brand name, logo, email and physical address. In case you are following up with Cybercell please quote this number so that they can follow up and close this. Thanks ZopNow.com

                                I also made an UPI payment of ₹602/- towards the products ordered.
                                But the status of my order shows cancelled.

                                Also my amount is not reversed into my account. This is highly unprofessional and is cheating.

                                Please take cognizance of the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        I ordered some items from your website and made payment by using the QR shown on the screen. It was showing "Your order has been marked for manual payment verification. If money deducted already from your side we will send you an order confirmation within 30 mins of time or else it will automatically marked as cancelled"
                                        Money has been deducted from my account but till now I did not get any message of order confirmation.
                                        Please see the attached images for the same and confirm the order or return my money.
