Sir/Madam,

I ordered some items from your website and made payment by using the QR shown on the screen. It was showing "Your order has been marked for manual payment verification. If money deducted already from your side we will send you an order confirmation within 30 mins of time or else it will automatically marked as cancelled"
Money has been deducted from my account but till now I did not get any message of order confirmation.
Please see the attached images for the same and confirm the order or return my money.

I have ordered vegetables from Zopnow and when I created the account till payment it was showing all the things I bought with quantity and after payment account got disappeared as well as the order disappeared and money got deducted from a bank account.

I will advise remove this fraudulent website from the internet or block the domain they are using.

Kindly ask Company to refund the money we have paid.

Groceries of amount 1773 are order and after payment, there is no confirmation of the order, even the customer care number is also fake asking the pin to enter into a conference call.

[protected]@zopnow.in reply to the email is not coming.

I am attaching the payment information also.

If they do not reply in the mail or not send the payment back I will definitely file the complaint on cybercrime and as well on the consumer forum.
