Sir, I placed order on zopnow website for groceries, Amount paid through phone pay, but still I didn't receive any massage, mail, phone or i order items, I have already massage to zapnow, still I'm not received any reply, I searched in websites, the company is 420 company....

I have ordered vegetables from Zopnow and when I created the account till payment it was showing all the things I bought with quantity and after payment account got disappeared as well as the order disappeared and money got deducted from a bank account.

I will advise remove this fraudulent website from the internet or block the domain they are using.

Kindly ask Company to refund the money we have paid....

I m Vicky here from Mumbai, I have placed an order on 24th April'21 on your reputed online portal i.e. Zopnow.

I have ordered the following items :

1. Fortune sunflower refined oil - 5l pet jar
2. Madhur Sugar -5 Kg
3. 1 tray of eggs
4. 100Gms almonds
5. 500 gms of Ghee
6. 1 Kg chicken.

the amount of the above items comes...

I ordered few items for 605 Rs it shows payment made in my account but they tell they did not receive my money they are not sending order confirmation or the products i want my money back refund my amount....

Groceries of amount 1773 are order and after payment, there is no confirmation of the order, even the customer care number is also fake asking the pin to enter into a conference call.

If they do not reply in the mail or not send the payment back I will definitely file the complaint on cybercrime and as...

They deducted amount of Rs. 652 from my Paytm account.but no confirmation is received....

I have ordered items from site and amount paid using upi however order was not delivered and confirmation also not received.
I would request block this company for public veiw....

I want my money or order to be delivered till now I didn't get my order confirmation my order I'd is49020...

I ordered grocery worth 601 Rs, money got deducted from my account but order not placed and all the grocery item disappeared from the account. I checked with bank and payment gateway freecharge.dated 26th April.

I place order for more than 600rs but no order confirmation is received money debited from account...

I order some item's on zopnow and debited from my account but they don't confirm my order...

My payment has done by phone pay no [protected]...

I just placed an order. Money got deducted from my account but order kept on showing pending. After sometime it started showing cancelled, however I didn't received a refund....

I have placed the order on zopnow site on 27 th april for ₹874 money has been paid but i have not received the product yet please provide the solution...

I have tried to place the order in zopnow.in website, paid the money through gpay money got debited from my account and credited to zopnow account but i didn't get any order details or order failed status. Refund my money back to me....

Money is debited from my account but there is no confirmation from zopnow so refound my money or deliver my orders...
