I palced an order for amount around Rs. 1600/- via zopnow an online grocery shopping site. I chose the delivery slot of wednesday evng. I paid through googlepay, the payment is successful but when i rechecked i came to know that there was no history of my order. Kindly help me out. [protected].

I have not yet recieved any payment nor any explanation from zopnow. This is a online crime, fraud, cheating. Zopnow should be ashamed for its cheatings. What are the authoroties doing. Shame shame shame.

    I have done the payment of Rs 1105.8/ on 18th April 2021 at 11.00pm...amount deducted but order confirmation not received..

    No response despite of sending multiple mails to customer care and raising issue through website

      I order some vegetables and fruits from the Zopnow website. The amount has been debited from the bank account, But I didn't receive any status or any messages regarding the order placed. I was completely blanked and tried to contact customer care but I couldn't reach them. Then I came across the complaint placed by lots of people.

      It would be helpful if I receive my refund back. Thank you

        I had ordered for groceries from zopnow on 18 April. money was deducted but there was no order confirmation. they are not reverting on their customer care.. have lost 1614 INR on online transaction
