I order some vegetables and fruits from the Zopnow website. The amount has been debited from the bank account, But I didn't receive any status or any messages regarding the order placed. I was completely blanked and tried to contact customer care but I couldn't reach them. Then I came across the complaint placed by lots of people.

It would be helpful if I receive my refund back. Thank you

I ordered and made a payment of Rs617 using gpay amount got deducted no order placed...

I ordered some products from their website, and the amount got deducted from my account and order is not placed. Will they refund my money?...

I have ordered groceries worth rs. 807 from zopnow. in on 17th april 2021 and payment was done via UPI, amount hat deducted. But I don't see the order on zopnow. in website. There in no response when called on which is mentioned on their website. Please help to get my money back....

[protected] is my order number with amount 3, 447.00 & my payment was done by google pay but it showed payment pending then cancelled the order on its own....

I ordered for vegetables and provisions last week for Rs.604 and this zopnow never sent it neither do they take complaint.
They have cheated me. There should be an online place where these type of cheating is reported and stop....
