I have placed oder on 26 January 2021 at 1:48 PM Rs. 670 Payment done though UPI
670 Rs deducted from my account but not any oder confirm, now zopnow Account not show any oder very dispointed with the service no any response for call and email from zopnow team

I have placed an order on Zopnow worth Rs . 694 paid via Google Play, but i haven't received any confirmation, kindly please review and update on this.

Ordered groceries today and paid 718, no order confirmed, no phone working, no email reply.

Even the way they received payment was suspicious. Hope it is not a spam.

I hv placed order in zapnow. Payment deducted but no order placed

I placed an order and it showed me that the order would be delivered on 26th Jan 20201 b/w the time slot 10-1 pm. Once the payment got debited. No confirmation msg has been received from ZOPNOW. No mail no msg nothing. It is FRAUD company. How could they debit money without confirming the order. There is no COD option so we don't have any other option apart from prepaid order. I am going to file an FIR of they don't refund my money. Such sites should be shut down. Making fool of people.

Order No.16057 Dt. 23/01/2020 Value Rs. 1699/-. Bill amount deducted from Bank a/c through UPI .But order confirmation not yet received,

Reason sopecified as "Pending Payment":

We purchased groceries and vegetables from online shopping website https://zopnow.in/ on 12th January 2021.
Online bill payment done of Rs. 1532.70 via Google pay from their website and paid to Razorpay Software PR.
No SMS or email or any type of order confirmation Received.
Order was expected to be delivered on 14th January, 2021 within 6:00 am to 9:00 am slot.
As no products were delivered in the provided time, tried to check order status but did not receive any information from the website.
Tried to call to the customer care number but given number is redirected to a conference call which does not connect to any one.
Shared mail on their email id, but was undelivered.
This is a fraud website and we want our money back

I had made a payment of Rs. 1099.15 towards the purchase of Grocery items and Vegetables dated 14th January 2021.
I tried to track the order to get to know the status of my order but to my utter dismay I couldn't get the clear information and the given number too is not working. Then I realized something fishy about this site and intended to report their fraud.
I would request you to take stringent action these fraudsters and protect the gullible customers.
I will attach the payment slip received from phonepe.

My account has been debited from Rs 787 but no order confirmation or payment receipt, it's a fraud website doing scams, Will file FIR against director and founders . Refund my money or else face the consequences

My account has been debited from Rs 787 Rs. On 09 January 2021 but no order confirmation or any other update . Attaching screenshot . Please refund my hard earned money as early as possible.

I had placed an order on Zopnow. The money was deducted from my account but order was not placed.
The amount paid was 1065.
There is no response from customer care number or email support.
Please help.

I placed an order on Zopnow on Jan 6, 2021 at 7:39PM. The payment of amount Rs. 1108.65 was made by BHIM UPI (transaction id[protected] and immediately amount deducted from my account, with a message- payment successful from BHIM. However, no order confirmation has been received so far. The goods were supposed to be delivered today but the website does not even acknowledge the existence of the email address through which the order was placed. I had a hunch that a fraud was being run on the website, seeing the other payment modes disabled other than UPI and now seeing the enormous no. of complaints registered here at Zopnow, I am convinced about the scam being run by Zopnow. Please refund the amount forthwith, or deliver the goods otherwise I shall be constrained to file an FIR against the company and its directors.

I, B K Talan ordered some grocery items on 06.01.2020 at 10:11 pm and paid the order amount Rs. 1531.80 through UPI (GooglePay). My account got debited immediately after successful UPI payment but not received any order confirmation from ZopNow. Please look into the matter and refund my amount in my account. This was my first Order from ZopNow. I have sent an email regarding this at [protected]@zopnow.in but got bounced.

yesterday night i was browsing the internet and got to know about zopnow after that i visited their website and registered with them after that i have place order for 1937.70rs my money was got debited but order not placed and got no response from their end neither they are replying to my emails nor their mobole no is connecting

I had placed an order on Jan1 and also completed the payment of Rs. 666 via UPI and the amount is also been debited from my account but I did not get the order confirmation till today. Also, I'm not able to track the order, neither I'm able to contact ZopNow office nor customer care.

I have mailed my complaint to [protected]@zopnow.in many timesbut it got bounced back again and again.

And do the needful at the earliest.

On 5t Jan 1 am at night, I had placed an order of grocery items worth
Rs 1548. Money got deducted, but I didn't receive any message for order confirmation. Their customer care number is also not working. Please refer to attached money deduction details from my patym account.

I would request you to resolve ASAP or else refund the money.
