            I had visited this website sometime IN October 2020 during locked down period. The website was offering heavy discount on vegetable's and groceries.

            I ordered for items worth Rs.800. The company does not accept credit card, net banking but accepts money only on UPI. I was expecting the order ID but the website flashed an information that this is being manually checked. Even after 12 hours so, there was no information on the delivery of items ordered on the website.

            The website gives the address at Bangalore but the phone number belongs to Mumbai 022. This shows the company is bogus and cheating public through online.

            I had earlier written to webmaster in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs to block this website. from internet

                I have spend 626 rupees on 4th November 2020 and it almost one month gone, but not received any product or my money back

                      I had ordered from Zopnow Ref no.[protected] on 1st november 2020.

                      The page was transfered to my bank account to make payment . I made the payment and the money got deducted from my account . However the zop app is showing payment pending. I have not received the delivery of items ordered by me.

                      I am going through so much of inconvenience because o[censored]'ll. I had sent an email but there is no response.
