I m order your site and pat through QR code payment cut my account and stock not delivery...

It's such a fake and scam company, they took my money and now not responding to emails phone nothing and I'm stuck without any refund...

I had ordered from Zopnow Ref no.[protected] on 1st november 2020.

The page was transfered to my bank account to make payment . I made the payment and the money got deducted from my account . However the zop app is showing payment pending. I have not received the delivery of items ordered by me.

On 31 oct 202, I ordered few items through the zopnow.in for Rs 626, but we did not receive the product as well the money was refunded back....

I have seen an advertisement on youtube and click on it so it redirect to the https://zopnow.in/ where it shows vegetables and daily use products so I have ordered some products for the payment method they accept UPI payment so I have pay using......

To whomsoever it may concern
I had placed an order yesterday and also completed the payment of Rs. 3698.10 via phonepay and the amount is also been debited from my account but i did not get the order confirmation still and I'm not able to track the order, neither I'm able to contact your office nor customer care.
