Today I have placed order on zopnow.in amount got deducted but order not placed.. tried to contact them through email and by call but no response received.. I think they are fraud.. cheating money from the people.. someone please take strong action against them!! As soon as possible!!...

I had done online shopping of Groceries, eggs etc on their advertisement on Youtube. I had made the payment through paytm to CASHFREE. Details are in the file attached....

I placed an order recently but it wasn't placed and my amount also got deducted. Please help me get the refund....

I have purchased some items online from your " Zopnow.in" portal, (Headquarter Zopnow Retail Pvt. Ltd. 2078, 24th Main Rd, Vanganahalli, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru Karnataka 560102.)

But after my payment, no acknowledgement, no trace of my purchased items, not even any sort of documentation is being acknowledged. Nothing can be seen...

Yesterday I have paid Rs.600 for my grocery order but the payment status was pending. So, I got a doubt & called them but the number they provided is a fake number. I sent a mail to them but they didn't responded back. please help me in getting my money back....

I placed order for groceries and veggies on 05.05.2021 for Rs. 623.. Now after payment my order ID is not generated n nor I have received confirmation message.. I think it's a fraud company.. Even the spelling while redirecting payment is showing as sacn instead of scan.. What I have to do for getting my payment.. Please help.. It's a fraud company for sure.....

I have raised the ticket prior related to complain on order id not generated

Have placed the order a week ago however order id not generated and amount deducted 1453.50 I have sent 4 emails regarding the same from email id [protected]@gmail.com but no reply received from ZOP NOW

Moreover seems there is system problem WITH ZOP NOW, I have raised TICKET THRICE however no information received seems it routed confirmation...

I have placed an order worth INR 605/- on zopnow.in and made payment through phonepe. It has been almost 15 hours, there is no confirmation from them nor payment is refunded. Please look into the issue and help me out.

I ordered for vegetables and groceries and payment was successful but no confirmation yet. In this very hard situation of the country, why there is no action taken by the authorities concerned. Pls do the needful by the earliest and oblige.
