I came across an ad about zopnow on YouTube which directed me to a website zopnow.in. I ordered a few items there and made the payment via Paytm UPI. No order confirmation was there, website refreshed and everything was gone. No order id to see/track.

      I have placed an order for 475 I have
      Done through Google pay and amount was already deducted.. right after payment when I go to check my order status nothing was there .
      It's say order has not been made I was shocked to see that page and then I keep refreshing the page to see my order confirmation but I didn't get or see anything .This is the worst app I have seen .I don't want anything nothing from zopnow
      I want my money back.Refund my money back as soon as possible

            Today I have placed order on zopnow.in amount got deducted but order not placed.. tried to contact them through email and by call but no response received.. I think they are fraud.. cheating money from the people.. someone please take strong action against them!! As soon as possible!!

                  I have purchased some items online from your " Zopnow.in" portal, (Headquarter Zopnow Retail Pvt. Ltd. 2078, 24th Main Rd, Vanganahalli, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru Karnataka 560102.)

                  But after my payment, no acknowledgement, no trace of my purchased items, not even any sort of documentation is being acknowledged. Nothing can be seen as my proof of payment except my UPI and BOB debit information with me, which has been mentioned in the Reference here.

                  If you do not reply adequately it will be ultimately registered as online fraud, and authorities like RBI will be informed accordingly.

                  Please take action and show me the payment proof and 21 items I have purchased.

                  Zopnow company was shutdown in 2019.This seems to be a fraud website trying to replicate them.So your only way is to contact razopay for your transaction immediately as I checked the website and razorpay is their payment gateway. Contact razorpay immediately and report fraud quickly to have best chance to get money back.https://razorpay.com/support/#request

                    Yesterday I have paid Rs.600 for my grocery order but the payment status was pending. So, I got a doubt & called them but the number they provided is a fake number. I sent a mail to them but they didn't responded back. please help me in getting my money back.

                      I placed order for groceries and veggies on 05.05.2021 for Rs. 623.. Now after payment my order ID is not generated n nor I have received confirmation message.. I think it's a fraud company.. Even the spelling while redirecting payment is showing as sacn instead of scan.. What I have to do for getting my payment.. Please help.. It's a fraud company for sure..
