I have placed an order worth INR 605/- on zopnow.in and made payment through phonepe. It has been almost 15 hours, there is no confirmation from them nor payment is refunded. Please look into the issue and help me out.

    I ordered for vegetables and groceries and payment was successful but no confirmation yet. In this very hard situation of the country, why there is no action taken by the authorities concerned. Pls do the needful by the earliest and oblige.

              Today I have paid for my grocery order and paid through phonepe called them but the number they provided is a fake number. I sent a mail to them but they didn't responded back. please help me in getting my money back. They are cheating so many innocent people, zopnow is a fraud company these company should be punished

                Seeing an offer i went to zopnow retail, registered and ordered items worth 607 Rupees and did a UPI payment.once payment was completed zopnow side closed. when i logged in again. they deleted my used id and history. i do not have a order id and no refund of my payment has come. i have written to their contact us page also but no response. all i have is payment proofs from my bank statements. kindly help. in this pandemic we were eagerly waiting for essentials and this fraud has hit us very hard in this mentally testing times.

                  Hi,

                  I just saw a website name https://zopnow.in/ in a social media ad and just got a chance to go through the website and got shocked about the offers the company is providing. They are selling products at just 1 rupee. They have mentioned that if the order amount is 500+ then shipping is free. But actually, they are cheating everyone.

                  Please have a look at this company and take immediate action against this website.

                    Zopnow.in is committing fraud, taking grocery orders not fulfilling them and keeping the payments for these orders, they are using @Paytm UPI knowing payments cant be reversed, have a .in domain and run ads on @YouTubeIndia
