I was order of rs618 amount is debited on 30 April but there is no confirmation about my order, need full refund.

Payment done twice need a refund kindly contact

I was placed order with Zopnow.in on 26/4/2021, amount has been debited from my account but after that I unable to get the order details from them..kindly help me to get the amount back to my account... Kindly find attachment for more clarification..

I used zopnow website April 29, 2021 for the first time to place an order of groceries and few essentials. I did not have an account on Zopnow. I added the items to the cart, added my address, selected delivery time on April 29, 2021 between 6pm-9m and made the payment of INR 1206. Though the amount was immediately deducted but I neither received any confirmation message or email regarding the order placed yesterday nor an order number or anything else.

I tried to check my transaction status/order status on the website but got no information. I then used my contact details to sign up to Zopnow. But there were no orders in my account. My order was not delivered on April 29. I have written 3 emails to the customer care email id provided on the website along with proof of payment made to Zopnow. The proof of payment is also attached here below. My order details can be tracked from my payment reference number and my contact details which I have shared with the Zopnow customer care via my emails.

I've ordered through zopnow reatil and in the website I had placed order before new registration. The amount was paid for the item selected. The order has not confirmed neither status has been recieved.

I just order some items on your website & slot timing are 6-9 am 1st May and after the order i just make the payment from paytm upi, of 714.00 rupees when the completion of payment i had not received any order id form company side and not any confirmation of my order.

I had placed order today 30th April and paid rs 612.00 but thing is that didn't receive any order no or anything also shown order have made where 1054.00 rs was deducted from my savings account. I tried connect with customer support its fake number

Please either place my order or refund my money immediately.
