Zopnow Retail — Payment done but no Order acknowledgement or delivery

I ordered from website at zopnow.in.
I am not a registered user. Therefore I did guest check in with an email id "[protected]@gmail.com" and my registered mobile number.
I paid with paytm UPI but after returning back to the merchant page neither the order number was generated nor I received any intimation about whether the order was placed or not.
I wrote an email to the company customer care email but received no acknowledgement or reply.
The screenshot of the payment is attached.
I want my paid amount back or the order delivered ASAP.

ZopNow Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by chatterjeetitan No action/ response has been received till date. Refund of deducted amount has not been done till now.
