Zopnow Retail — Payment taken but ok order status shows cancelled. Money deducted but no refund yet.

Hi Team,

I have placed an order on 21 Oct 2020 in zopnow.in website. Payment was made through Amazon UPI and amount was deducted but order status went cancelled. No refund received yet. Order #[protected]. Attached the screenshot for your reference. I have raised a ticket on zopnow.in and that reference # is 965. I have not received any email regarding the sign up or order or for the ticket I have created. I have used the email [protected]@gmail.com but now it is saying it is not valid username or email when try to sign in. The screen shot for the ticket I have raised clearly shows the email I have used. Please help to get my money back.
