Zopnow Retail Pvt. Ltd. — Order Placed, amount deducted now account disable

Last night i place an order on Zopnow.in, amount was deducted but, its shows "payment pending", but now my account is disabled i register again, whenever i raise a ticket its reflect my different email id and different name, there is no order details in my account or any other details regarding my order. my order number was #60353.
