Zopper — 3 year extended warranty of 49inch QLED TV

I purchased Samsung 49inch QLED TV on 18 Aug 2019 from Kohinoor video vision, kalyan with three years extended warranty from zopper, which will start after 1 year of samsung warranty (i.e from 18 Aug 2022).
Zopper plan details are : Serial no – 397936, Premium amount: Rs 10275, Invoice no.11260 (Bill details are enclosed)
However, after three years in the month of Jul 2022 we tried to register the complaint for tv repair, it came to our notice that zopper app is showing that we have taken one year repair warranty only and we have bought the TV from Croma. This information is wrongly updated in zopper app either by zopper or Kohinoor electronics.
I made many efforts to contact kohinoor electronics and zopper helpline number for last three months. Both firms are not cooperating to help me. Even though we have provided the detail of 3 year extended warranty plan to zopper, zopper is not accepting the plan I bought.

Desirable resolution: I want either firm should reimburse the amount of Rs10275 or give the service as per my plan with extension of 3 months i.e. upto 17 Nov 2023 (due to loss of 3 months in repair of my TV)
