I purchased a 1.5 Ton Hitachi AC (model no RSQG318HEEA) from Kohinoor Electronics on 16 Oct 2021 along with the Extended warranty from Zopper (warranty ID 2498412). The warranty date is from 17 Oct 2022 to 16 Oct 2025.

Sometime in 2023, the AC stopped cooling. I tried to reach Zopper to claim the warranty but couldn't. I had to have it repair it 3 more times after that, each time I had to bear the cost of repair.
The website has no way to file a claim. 2 phone no.s are there - [protected] which doesn't even ring and gets disconnected immediately. The other no. [protected] is switched off permanently.
Finally the AC stopped cooling again in 2025 and this time I decided to buy a new AC. When I went to the store, I found a Zopper representative in Kohinoor Electronics who finally filed a complaint for the AC (on April 12 2025). A technician visited to confirm that the AC is not cooling. But after that there has been no contact from their side since a week now.
I understand that Zopper does not want to honour the Extended warranty claim and intends to delay repairs to run out the contract. They ensure this by having no means to contact them whatsoever.
I want to be reimbursed not only the payment I made to Zopper for this extended warranty, but I also want to be reimbursed the repair costs for all 4 times which I had to bear due to Zopper.
